– Responsible for planning and coordinating advertising and promotions activities/events
– Provide good marketing ideas/suggestions to improve branding/ sales of the company.
– Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and new customers.
– Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
– Attend to customer needs and resolve customers’ problems or complaints to maximize customers’ satisfaction.
– Indoor and outdoor representative of the company.
– Follow up with customers on scheduled payment.

– Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports for review.
– Manage all social media platforms for online marketing purpose (Digital Marketing)
– Candidate must possess atleast Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Studies/Management or equivalent.
– At least 1 year experience in the related field.
– Result-oriented and aggressive with excellent communication skills and pleasant personality.
– Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, independent, proactive and able to work under tight deadlines.
– Creative & can work independently with minimum supervision.
– Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks in systematic manner
– To involve on design marketing and collateral materials visual aid, promotional tools such as flyers, newsletters, printed ads, bunting, banners etc.
– To contribute on branding, brand identity development and align brand identity with business requirements on design, shooting and creation of videos and visual content
– To collaborate on storyboards and scripts, video and motion graphic content and photo retouching and video editing (online and offline editing).
– To analyze and plan the framework of design and communicating design ideas using flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.
– To design, develop and evaluate all aspects of the digital marketing include advertisement campaigns, website traffic, and target audience.
– To identify the latest trends on design and technologies that effect to the business, industry and customer.
– To assist on marketing support and administration for various marketing campaigns assets in systematic and easily accessible manner.
– Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Animation, Graphic Designer, or any other related field.
– Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
– Candidate must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) and preferably fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese
– Candidate must be excellent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Animation, and Photography.
– Candidate must be proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and related software
– Preferable candidates who are passionate with water filter industry, sales, and customer services and related industry.
– Planning, implementing, manage & monitor digital marketing strategies across several platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, & Etc.
– Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital contents (Posters, Video & Articles) for publishing onto various digital platforms based on market & business direction.
– Source for social media influencers as well as merchants to build up company digital branding.
– Drive traffic to company pages & social media platforms.
– Reply inquiries and sustain relationship & positive engagement with our online community.
– Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
– Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Public Relation, Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media or relevant courses.
– At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
– Required skill(s): Google Analytics, Adword, Facebook Campaign Tool. Additional tools knowledge such as SEMrush, Hotjar etc would be added bonus.
– Able to resolve /provide solution under minimum supervision/ assistance.
– Advanced user in social media platforms, e.g. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google & etc.
– Experience in managing social media platform, copywriting & Facebook live.
